Cancellation, Refund, and Registration Policy
- Before April 15, 2025: 85% of the registration fee is refunded by charging 15% processing fee.
- Between April 15 - May 15, 2025: 50% of the registration fee is refunded by charging 50% processing fee.
- After May 15, 2025: No refund is granted.
- Banquet A complementary banquet ticket, to be held on Thursday July 14th, can be included at checkout. These tickets are subject to limited availability.
